These little guys are very non-stick. The tart crust shrinks but keeps it's form very well.

These are great little pans. Non-stick surface and pop out bottom make these perfect for baking tarts, etc. I have already used these three times and they have not disappointed.

Perfect little non-stick tart pan. Not much more to say, if you need tart pans these are a good price.
